Raffaello Cake with Coconut and Almond

This Raffaello cake is the ultimate celebration cake to those who love coconut. This cake is made with 4 layers of moist coconut sponges, silky coconut almond swiss meringue buttercream, lots of crunchy roasted and sliced almonds, and some crushed Raffaello coconut balls. Our revised recipe to our own taste world perfectly delivers on the Raffaello lovers; it is crazy creamy with deep coconut flavour, crunchy and silky at the same time, rich but not overly sweet as you are used to from us! Pure heaven, the perfect Ferrero cake!

The Composition:
– Four layers of soft and moist coconut sponge cake;
– Filled and covered with creamy and silky coconut almond swiss meringue buttercream, roasted and sliced almonds, and some crushed Raffaello coconut balls;
– Decorated with Raffaello Coconut balls.

A 6″ size cake is around ~7.5-8′ high.
