Welcome in our Home Bakery & Chocolate Workshop!
I’m Andrea, an artisan chocolate maker, home baker, and small business owner. Our certified kitchen is located in Barrie, in the heart of Southern Ontario, Canada.
We specialize in homemade, handcrafted chocolate treats and favours made from high-quality Belgian chocolates, available in a variety of flavors and forms.
In addition to our chocolate treats, we offer a selection of European desserts, especially Hungarian specialties, including traditional cakes, custom cakes, cupcakes, éclairs, and more, all crafted to delight lovers of European confections.
At your request, we also bake guilt-free cakes, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, Keto, Paleo, and Vegan options. If you have any allergies or dietary preferences, please let us know when placing your order, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your needs.
Exciting news! We now offer custom, personalized cake toppers to add a unique touch to your celebrations.
Please note that we do not have a storefront where cakes can be purchased on-site. We operate as a fully licensed, health unit certified, and insured home bakery with food handler certificate. 
However, you can find us at the Barrie Farmers’ Market and other locations and markets. For upcoming events, please follow our schedule under the “Events” section.
Update
Due to increased demand, please allow at least a 5-day lead time for order processing. For custom cakes and pastries, we kindly ask for orders to be placed at least 1-1.5 weeks prior to pickup. Please note that timely notification is necessary to ensure the completion of orders.

Buttercream frosting into a cake? Well, we don’t like that very much, either eating it or putting it in cakes as a filling because it’s too simple and artificial for us: butter whipped with a ton of powdered sugar with a little synthetic food colouring and artificial flavors.
We give you more than that!
Our cakes are mostly filled out with custard creams; or with mascarpone creams mixed with real fruit purée or jams; or with high-quality Belgian chocolate ganache creams. Worth a try!
