This elegant, impressive, and quite the show stopper White Forest Cake, a new way of baking the classic Black Forest Cake. It is made of layers of tender, moist vanilla cake filled with cherry filling and frosted with a generous portion of homemade whipped cream.

The Composition:
– Soft and moist vanilla sponge cake;
– Creamy and soft  vanilla whipped cream frosting and sour cherry filling;
– Covered with vanilla cream whipped cream frosting and roasted almond slices;
– Decorated with Marachino cherries.

A 6″ size cake is around ~7.5-8′ high.

Available in gluten-free versions and cupcakes in same flavours, and personalized cake topper as well.
