Somlói Cake is a cake-shaped version of Somlói Galuska (shom-loh-ee gah-LOOSH-kaw) which dessert is a decadent Hungarian trifle.
Somloi Cake is made with three different-flavored sponge cakes, like vanilla, chocolate and walnut. Filled with vanilla custard cream, rummy raisins, walnuts, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream on the top.
