  This Blue Forest Cake is for blueberry lovers. I gave this name because of the blueberry color and because I made it similar to Black Forest Cake, just everything is inverse. The Blue Forest cake is made with a light vanilla sponge cake layer soaked with blueberry syrup and rum, then layered with whipped cream and blueberry sauce, and on the top decorated with white chocolate, chocolate whipped cream and blueberries.
